If the event you were scheduled to attend is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket. Please note that this does not necessarily include any booking or service fees that may have been incurred at the time of purchase, as these fees cover transaction processing, platform services, and administrative costs.

We encourage all customers to contact us or the event promoter directly if they have any questions or concerns relating to their booking. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently.

Please be aware that unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes made through your bank or card provider without first contacting us or the event promoter are taken very seriously. Chargebacks create unnecessary costs and administrative burdens for all parties involved.

Any chargeback raised without valid cause, or in circumstances where our terms and conditions have been clearly communicated and accepted at the time of purchase, will be treated as a breach of contract.

  • Contest any chargeback with supporting evidence

  • Recover all associated costs, including chargeback fees, administrative expenses, and losses incurred

  • Pursue legal action where necessary to recover funds and protect the platform from fraudulent or unjustified disputes

By completing a purchase through MyEventTickets.co.uk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions, including our refund and chargeback policies. Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort and not as an alternative to direct communication or dispute resolution.
