1. Your Earnings – Buyers Pay the Fee

When you sell tickets through MyEventTickets.co.uk, all platform fees are paid by the buyer — not the seller.
How the Fee Works
- 9.85% service fee
- £0.40 fixed fee per transaction
These fees are added on top of the ticket price during checkout, meaning you receive the full face value of your ticket sales.

2. Payouts to Sellers
Your payout will be processed within 3 working days of a successful sale.
Payouts are sent to your nominated bank account or payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
You will receive a notification in your seller dashboard once the payout is processed.
Tip: Ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.
3. Listing and Selling Tickets – Your Responsibilities
When you list tickets for sale, you must:
List only authentic, valid, and transferable tickets.
Provide accurate and complete details for the event, including date, time, seat information, and any restrictions.
Deliver tickets promptly through the platform’s approved transfer or delivery method.
Avoid listing fake, invalid, or duplicated tickets.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension, removal of tickets, and legal action if fraudulent activity is detected.
4. Refunds, Event Cancellations, and Changes
If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, buyers may be entitled to a refund.
In such cases, payouts may be adjusted or withheld to cover refunds.
MyEventTickets.co.uk will notify sellers about any event cancellations or changes that affect payouts.
Sellers are encouraged to respond promptly to any buyer inquiries to ensure smooth resolution.
