    Sign up using our form below making sure that you fill out everything correctly, your event will be checked and will appear on our site within 24 hours. An email confirmation will be sent to you with a link to your attendee scanner details.

    1. Wait for your email confirmation from EVEY with your scanner download link.

    2. Download your scanner app via the App store or play store

    3. Once you have downloaded your scanner app create a new password by selecting 'forgotten password', once you have created your password you can now sign in using your registered email address.

    4. Once you have logged in you will see the name of your event, Click the event name and you will see the name of all patrons that have purchased tickets

Commission charge

Tickets priced under £15 will be charged at 15% per ticket sale, There will be minimum charge of £1.25 per ticket if your percentage becomes less than the minimum commission.

Tickets priced over £15 will be charged 10% commission.
